Many of the listed products and sizes are made to order. This information is specified in each product's details.
Made-to-order items are non-refundable. Instead, we will produce and ship a replacement piece at our own cost in the following cases:
We will make a financial refund in the following cases:
- the parcel was lost by courier (proof will be provided by the courier after an investigation)
- you have received a wrong product (please inform us on the mistake and ship the item back within 14 days from its delivery following our return shipping instructions)
*Please note that we often use alternative finishing (raw edges, exposed seams, hand-dyed fabrics etc.) which is featured in product images and cannot be considered a defect. Please specify your claim in your request, and only ship the item back if we agree that it is defective and should be replaced)
- the loss of the parcel has been investigated by the courier for more than 2 months, and you disagree to receive a replacement item
- we are unable to produce a replacement item (a reason will be provided)
you have received a defective item* (please inform us on the defect and ship the piece back within 14 days from its delivery following our return shipping instructions)
For products that are in stock by the moment of your purchase, standard return terms are applied. The stock status of each product and size is specified in the product information. You will receive a full refund, excluding shipping cost, after sending a purchased item back, provided that it is unworn, undamaged and all the labels and packaging are kept. If you wish to receive a different size, please specify that in your request and we'll produce a replacement for you after receiving a return.
