Refund Policy:

At Studio Zariya, we are committed to ensure the highest level of services. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order and we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer "Conditional Exchange" if you receive a damaged product.

• We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty.
• For products bought on sale price we do not offer exchange or return unless a customer receives a damaged item.
• The faulty item provided by the customers MUST be in its Original Form.
• All orders cancelled will be refunded as store credit only.
• In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
• Ready to ship articles are not eligible for Exchange & Return.
• There is no Return & exchange policy as per the customer's liking or disliking of the product.
• Company is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
• Products are delivered as per the description and size chart provided. Any extra accessories or styling shown in photos are for shoot purposes only.
• All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.
• We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
• Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charges and must be paid separately by the customer, as required by the destination country’s regulations.
• Product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and individual device display settings. Such variations will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.
