Expected Delivery Time:

• Within Pakistan 3 to 5 Working Days
• For International Orders 10 to 12 Working Days

Shipping Charges:

• Within Pakistan 300/- PKR
• For International Orders, charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight.
• Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charges and must be paid separately by the customer, as required by the destination country’s regulations.
• Do NOT transfer any amount for COD orders until the courier arrives at your doorstep. Studio Zariya is not responsible for any financial loss due to unauthorized payments.
  
• Do NOT pay cash to the rider for prepaid orders. Report any issues to the Studio Zariya helpline immediately.

Any public holidays and Sundays in between the days are non-working days.

Customs and Duties

Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined and collected directly by the local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Studio Zariya has no control over these fees and they are not included in the product price or shipping charges. Payment of any such duties or taxes is required to release your order from customs.

Delivery can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including global wars, natural disasters, or similar events; however, in such conditions, we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
